About Dr. Donna Cameron Cepeda

Commissioner Donna Cameron-Cepeda is an Army Veteran, author, and public servant. She has worked as a Financial Analyst for a multi-billion-dollar corporation and has served as an Associate Professor at LCU.
Dr. Donna has touched many lives through her life of service as a licensed and ordained minister, providing pastoral counseling to people facing trauma, PTSD, drug and alcohol addictions, and other spiritual issues.
She has a great love for people and is deeply involved in the community. She has also been recognized by the Department of Corrections for assisting in programs and services that promote behavioral change, provide life skills, and increase the potential for successful reintegration into the community.
She earned a BA from USC, along with Master's and Doctoral Degrees from LCU. Her diverse background — military, business, academia, ministry, and public service — uniquely equips her to serve the residents of Hillsborough County District 5.
